Children’s semolina porridge

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 2 teaspoons of semolina
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 1/2 cup of water

Recipe:

  1. Pour water into a small saucepan and place it on low heat.
  2. Add salt and bring to a boil.
  3. Slowly and constantly stirring, sprinkle in the sifted semolina.
  4. Cook on low heat, constantly stirring, for 15 minutes.
  5. Pour in raw milk, add sugar, and bring to a boil while constantly stirring.
  6. Remove from heat immediately and continue stirring for 3 minutes.
  7. Children’s semolina porridge is ready!

It is perfect for feeding children from 5 months to 1 year old.
