Ingredients for the recipe:
- 2 teaspoons of semolina
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 1/2 cup of water
Recipe:
- Pour water into a small saucepan and place it on low heat.
- Add salt and bring to a boil.
- Slowly and constantly stirring, sprinkle in the sifted semolina.
- Cook on low heat, constantly stirring, for 15 minutes.
- Pour in raw milk, add sugar, and bring to a boil while constantly stirring.
- Remove from heat immediately and continue stirring for 3 minutes.
- Children’s semolina porridge is ready!
It is perfect for feeding children from 5 months to 1 year old.
