Ingredients for the recipe for Semolina Pancakes:
- 100g semolina
- 100g flour
- 1 egg
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- 3 cups milk
- 1 tsp baking powder
- sugar (to taste)
- salt (to taste)

Instructions:
- Cook thick semolina porridge using 1 cup of milk and semolina. Let it cool down.
- Beat the egg with vegetable oil using a mixer until fluffy.
- Mix the cooled porridge with the remaining milk until smooth. Add sugar and salt to taste.
- Combine all ingredients and mix well. Sift the flour into the mixture and beat until smooth.
- Add baking powder and beaten egg mixture. Mix everything well.
- Cover the batter with a linen towel and let it rest for 20 minutes.
- Grease a hot frying pan with some vegetable oil and pour in the batter. Cook on both sides until golden brown, adding a little oil if necessary.
- Place the pancakes on a plate and serve with condensed milk on the side. Enjoy!
