Meat with mushrooms in sour cream

Ingredients for Meat with mushrooms in sour cream recipe:

  • 800 g of meat
  • 400 g of mushrooms
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 onions
  • 200 g of sour cream
  • 1 cup of broth
  • ground black pepper to taste
  • salt to taste
  • chopped parsley to taste
  • vegetable oil for frying

Instructions for Meat with mushrooms in sour cream recipe:

  1. Peel and slice the onions into half rings.
  2. Peel the carrots and cut them into small strips. Clean and cut the mushrooms into small pieces.
  3. Wash the meat, dry it with paper towels, cut it into cubes and fry it in sunflower oil until a crispy brown crust appears.
  4. In a separate pan, fry the onions, carrots, and mushrooms in sunflower oil for 5-7 minutes.
  5. Then add the fried meat and pour in the broth.
  6. Bring to a boil and then reduce the heat, simmer until the meat is fully cooked.
  7. Add the sour cream and simmer for another 10-15 minutes.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve on a plate.
