Seafood salad with shrimp

Ingredients:

  • 200g shrimp
  • 200g sea cabbage
  • 200g canned crab meat
  • 200g canned corn
  • 1 cup rice
  • 2 squid
  • Parsley to taste
  • Mayonnaise to taste
  • Salt to taste

Instructions:

  1. Cook the rice in boiling salted water until fully cooked. Rinse thoroughly with cold water and drain on a sieve to remove excess water.
  2. Finely chop the sea cabbage. Drain the canned corn on a sieve to remove excess liquid. Wash the parsley, pat dry, and chop finely.
  3. Boil the shrimp and squid separately in boiling salted water for 3-5 minutes. Chill and chop finely in separate bowls.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked rice and squid meat. Add the canned corn, crab meat, and chopped parsley. Dress with mayonnaise and mix thoroughly.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix the sea cabbage with the chopped shrimp, mayonnaise, and mix well.
  6. Arrange the sea cabbage and shrimp mixture on a serving dish and flatten it out. Spoon the rice mixture on top and flatten it out as well.
  7. Garnish with parsley and serve. Enjoy!
