Ingredients:
- 500g puff pastry
- 600-800g pork
- 1.2-1.5kg cabbage
- 1 onion
- 1 tomato ketchup
- 100g mayonnaise
- 100g water
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Dill to taste
- Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions:
- Wash and finely chop the cabbage.
- Peel and thinly slice the onion. Fry the cabbage and onion in a pan with some sunflower oil. Add a little water and cook until tender.
- Slice the pork and fry until cooked through.
- Mix the cooked cabbage and pork together, and add salt, pepper, mayonnaise, ketchup, and dill. Mix well.
- Roll out the puff pastry and cut in half.
- Place the filling on one half of the pastry and cover with the other half. Pinch the edges together.
- Preheat the oven to 200°C. Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil, place the pie inside, and bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Garnish with a sprig of dill before serving.
