Pies with jam recipe

Ingredients: 1.2 kg flour 2 cups warm water 1 cup vegetable oil 30-40 g fresh yeast 1 tsp salt 2 tsp lemon zest Sugar to taste Jam to taste Vegetable oil for greasing Powdered sugar to taste

Instructions:

  1. Dissolve the yeast and salt in warm water, then add flour and knead the dough.
  2. Cover the dough with a towel and let it rise in a warm place for 30-40 minutes.
  3. After the dough has risen, knead it again and let it rise once more.
  4. Add the vegetable oil, sugar, and lemon zest to the dough and mix well.
  5. Roll out the dough, cut it into circles, put a little jam on each circle, and form pies.
  6. Moisten the pies with water and place them on a greased baking sheet.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius until golden brown.
  8. Sprinkle powdered sugar on the pies before serving.
