Ingredients: 1.2 kg flour 2 cups warm water 1 cup vegetable oil 30-40 g fresh yeast 1 tsp salt 2 tsp lemon zest Sugar to taste Jam to taste Vegetable oil for greasing Powdered sugar to taste
Instructions:
- Dissolve the yeast and salt in warm water, then add flour and knead the dough.
- Cover the dough with a towel and let it rise in a warm place for 30-40 minutes.
- After the dough has risen, knead it again and let it rise once more.
- Add the vegetable oil, sugar, and lemon zest to the dough and mix well.
- Roll out the dough, cut it into circles, put a little jam on each circle, and form pies.
- Moisten the pies with water and place them on a greased baking sheet.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius until golden brown.
- Sprinkle powdered sugar on the pies before serving.
