Ingredients:
- 1.5 liters of water
- 1.5-2 kg of tomatoes
- 700g of veal
- 500-700g of potatoes
- 1 sweet pepper
- 1 onion
- 1-2 garlic cloves
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 bunch of parsley
- Black peppercorns to taste
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
- Rinse the tomatoes, pour boiling water over them and remove the skin. Then, blend them until smooth.
- Rinse the sweet pepper, remove the seeds, and cut into thin strips. Finely chop the garlic.
- Rinse the veal, pat it dry with a paper towel, and cut into thin slices. Peel and dice the potatoes.
- Put the meat and potatoes in a pot, pour in cold water, and place on low heat. Bring the soup to a boil, add salt and a whole peeled onion, and the blended tomatoes. Cook for 20 minutes.
- After that, add the finely chopped sweet pepper, a bunch of tied parsley, black peppercorns, garlic, and bay leaves. Cook for another 10-15 minutes, then remove the parsley and let the soup stand for 5 minutes. Your delicious tomato soup is ready!
