Memorial Pancakes

Ingredients for the recipe: For the dough:

  • 500 ml of milk
  • 250 grams of flour
  • 15 grams of sugar
  • 1 egg
  • Salt to taste
  • Vegetable oil for frying

For the filling:

  • 250 grams of ground meat
  • 1 onion
  • 3 boiled eggs
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Recipe:

Mix the milk with the egg, sugar, and salt until smooth. Add the sifted flour and knead the dough until it is a consistency resembling sour cream. Grease a hot skillet with vegetable oil and bake small thin pancakes, then let them cool.

For the filling, fry the ground meat with chopped onion and vegetable oil until it is fully cooked and golden brown. Remove from heat and let it cool.

Peel and chop the boiled eggs. Mix them with the cooled meat, freshly ground black pepper, and salt. Mix well and place a spoonful of the meat filling in the center of each pancake.

Roll up each pancake with the filling into a small envelope and fry in sunflower oil until golden brown on all sides. Place on a plate and serve at the memorial table.
