Cottage Cheese Donuts

Ingredients:

  • 500g dry cottage cheese
  • 1.5 cups of flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 2/3 cup of sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 1/2 liter of vegetable oil

Recipe:

  1. In a deep bowl, thoroughly mix the cottage cheese with sugar.
  2. Then add the baking powder, vanilla sugar, and eggs. Mix everything together, gradually adding the flour.
  3. From the resulting mixture, roll balls with a diameter of 3-4 cm (occasionally moisten your hands with water so that the dough does not stick to them).
  4. Then lower the balls into the preheated oil and fry until golden brown.
  5. Remove the finished donuts with a slotted spoon and place them on a plate lined with a napkin. You can sprinkle the donuts with powdered sugar.
