Ingredients:
- 500g dry cottage cheese
- 1.5 cups of flour
- 3 eggs
- 2/3 cup of sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1/2 liter of vegetable oil
Recipe:
- In a deep bowl, thoroughly mix the cottage cheese with sugar.
- Then add the baking powder, vanilla sugar, and eggs. Mix everything together, gradually adding the flour.
- From the resulting mixture, roll balls with a diameter of 3-4 cm (occasionally moisten your hands with water so that the dough does not stick to them).
- Then lower the balls into the preheated oil and fry until golden brown.
- Remove the finished donuts with a slotted spoon and place them on a plate lined with a napkin. You can sprinkle the donuts with powdered sugar.
