Ribs in honey sauce

Ribs in honey sauce recipe components:

  • 350g pork ribs
  • 50g tomato paste
  • 30g honey
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 tablespoon Worcestershire marinade
  • a few drops of Tabasco marinade
  • parsley – to taste
  • grill seasoning – to taste
  • ground black pepper – to taste
  • salt – to taste

Ribs in honey sauce recipe: To prepare the marinade, peel and chop the garlic until smooth using a garlic press and mix with Worcestershire marinade and Tabasco marinade. Add honey, tomato paste and mix well. Rinse the pork ribs and pat dry with a paper towel. Then salt, pepper and sprinkle with grill seasoning to taste. After that, sprinkle with water and place on a baking sheet. Put in a preheated oven and bake at 230 degrees Celsius for about 20 minutes. Then remove from the oven, pour the prepared marinade and return to the oven. Bake until a delicious brown crust appears, turning over and pouring the juice that formed during cooking from time to time. Serve, garnished with parsley.
