Ingredients for the recipe for : 3-4 cups of flour 200g butter 1 teaspoon of baking soda 1 cup kefir Vegetable oil for greasing the baking sheet Powdered sugar to taste Jam or thick jam

Recipe for making Croissants made from shortcrust pastry: Rub the sifted flour with the butter by hand. Add kefir, baking soda and knead the elastic dough. Roll out the dough into a layer with a thickness of 5mm and cut into long triangles.

Put 1 teaspoon of jam on the wide part of the triangle, roll it up and place it on a prepared and greased with vegetable oil baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees until fully cooked.

Sprinkle the finished croissants with powdered sugar and serve with tea.
