Rolls from Lavash

Роллы из лаваша

Ingredients:

  • 1 piece of lavash
  • 3 potatoes
  • 1/2 fillet of herring
  • 3 green onions
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1-2 tbsp butter
  • salt to taste

Recipe:

  1. Peel and wash the potatoes, cut into pieces and boil in salted water until fully cooked. Drain the water and mash the potatoes with butter.
  2. Wash and dry the green onions, and cut into large strips.
  3. Remove small bones from the herring fillet, and cut into thin slices.
  4. Spread the lavash on a piece of plastic wrap and spread mayonnaise evenly over it.
  5. Spread a layer of mashed potatoes over the mayonnaise, and then add the slices of herring and green onions.
  6. Roll up the lavash tightly to form a compact roll, and wrap it in plastic wrap.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, then slice into 2 cm wide pieces and serve on a flat dish. Enjoy!
