Fish with Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 600g fish fillet
  • 100g hard cheese
  • 3 potatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • Dill (to taste)
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Vegetable oil (for frying)

Recipe:

  1. Rinse the fish fillet, cut into pieces, season with salt and coat in flour.
  2. Fry the fish pieces in heated sunflower oil until golden brown.
  3. Peel and rinse the onion, then cut into half-rings. Fry the onion in sunflower oil until golden brown.
  4. Boil the potatoes, let them cool, then peel and cut into small cubes.
  5. Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil and layer the fish, potatoes, and onion in the dish.
  6. Pour sour cream over the mixture in the dish, sprinkle with chopped dill, and grated cheese.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius until fully cooked.
  8. Take out of the oven, place on a serving dish, and serve.

Fish with potatoes is ready!
