Ingredients for the recipe:
- 1 kilogram of apples
- 1 kilogram of sugar
- 1 orange
- 1 cup of boiling water
Instructions:
- Wash the apples, remove the cores and seeds, and cut them into pieces.
- Blanch the orange with boiling water, cut into slices, remove the seeds, and cook for 2 minutes.
- Slowly pour sugar into the pot with orange slices and cook until a syrup is formed.
- Remove the pot from heat, add the apple pieces, mix well, and let it sit for an hour.
- Put the pot on low heat and cook until the jam is ready.
- Remove the pot from heat, transfer the jam to sterilized jars, seal and wrap with a kitchen towel.
