Ingredients for the recipe:
- 2 kg of apples
- 600 grams of sugar
- 1 cup of water
- 1.5 teaspoons of cinnamon
Instructions:
- Wash the apples, dry with a paper towel, and cut into pieces, removing the seed box.
- Put the apples in a large bowl, sprinkle with sugar, and leave for 6 hours for the apples to release their juice.
- After 6 hours, put the bowl of apples on the heat, pour in a cup of water, and heat until boiling. Add cinnamon and simmer for about 5 minutes.
- While still hot, pour the jam into sterilized jars. Seal the jars and place them upside down on a flat surface.
- Cover and let cool. Apple and cinnamon jam is ready!
