Ingredients:
- Mushrooms: 500-700g
- Sour cream: 200-250g
- Hard cheese: 150g
- Basil: to taste
- Black pepper: to taste
- Salt: to taste
- Vegetable oil: for greasing the baking dish
Instructions:
- Clean the mushrooms, cook them in boiling salted water until fully cooked, then strain them in a colander to remove excess liquid and cut them into small pieces.
- Put the mushrooms in a bowl, season with salt and pepper, and add sour cream. Mix everything together and transfer to a greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle grated cheese on top and put in a preheated oven. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 10-20 minutes.
- Once the mushrooms are baked, transfer them to a serving dish, garnish with basil, and serve.
