Baked mushrooms with cheese recipe

Ingredients:

  • Mushrooms: 500-700g
  • Sour cream: 200-250g
  • Hard cheese: 150g
  • Basil: to taste
  • Black pepper: to taste
  • Salt: to taste
  • Vegetable oil: for greasing the baking dish

Instructions:

  1. Clean the mushrooms, cook them in boiling salted water until fully cooked, then strain them in a colander to remove excess liquid and cut them into small pieces.
  2. Put the mushrooms in a bowl, season with salt and pepper, and add sour cream. Mix everything together and transfer to a greased baking dish.
  3. Sprinkle grated cheese on top and put in a preheated oven. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 10-20 minutes.
  4. Once the mushrooms are baked, transfer them to a serving dish, garnish with basil, and serve.
