Liquid semolina porridge

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 150 ml milk
  • 2 tablespoons semolina
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 20 g butter
  • a pinch of salt

Instructions:

  1. In a small saucepan, mix the milk with the water and heat over low heat until boiling.
  2. Add salt and sugar. Mix everything together and gradually sprinkle in the semolina. Cook over low heat for 10 minutes.
  3. After that, remove from heat and let it sit covered for 5 minutes.
  4. Transfer the porridge to serving plates and pour melted butter over it.
