Ingredients for the recipe:
- 150 ml milk
- 2 tablespoons semolina
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 20 g butter
- a pinch of salt
Instructions:
- In a small saucepan, mix the milk with the water and heat over low heat until boiling.
- Add salt and sugar. Mix everything together and gradually sprinkle in the semolina. Cook over low heat for 10 minutes.
- After that, remove from heat and let it sit covered for 5 minutes.
- Transfer the porridge to serving plates and pour melted butter over it.
